My name is Alexis Corey, I am the proud parent of 1 incredibly sweet dog and 1 feisty/independent cat. I recently moved to the Sun City Center area to be near my 93 year old mother. Though new to the area, I‘ve dedicated my life to pets for nearly 2 decades, making it ”official“ in 2013. Prior to that time I volunteered at an a wonderful no kill cat rescue, Heaven on Earth, located in California (where all of this first began)! Initially, I provided care and spent time with all of the wonderful feline residents, and eventually I also began helping with providing oral medication, insulin, and subcutaneous fluids on the nights I volunteered.

I have owned and operated this business since 2013, and have loved every minute of it!   I started this business because I wanted people to be able to go on vacation, or wherever they needed to go, and feel completely at peace knowing that their pets were in good hands, not have to worry about their care, and be able to enjoy themselves or focus on the task at hand.  I always treat every pet as if they are my own. I think about how I would want someone to treat my pets if I were away, always.  I am extremely conscientious about that, as I actually started this business after returning home to a fiasco of a mini vacation - away after only a few short days with sick pets at home. Because of this, I am also extremely conscientious of your pet's health. I have even been able to help save the lives of a few of my clients by letting their parents know when I've found a lump while staying overnight with their pets, or when being able to spend extended periods of time with them. I treat the health and well being of your pet as a true priority. I will be the best second set of eyes your pet has ever known! I am also very good with shy, anxious pets, and am proficient at providing insulin, subq fluids, and oral medications to just about any pet! For your additional peace of mind, I am bonded, insured, background verified and have been pet CPR & First Aid certified.  

All in all, it really comes down to that sense and calmness that one person feels with another. This is most important when your talking about someone coming in and caring for your pet(s) and home. Just like pets feel a sense of calmness in my presence, so should their parents.
